How do you qualify for I.C.?  
Here are the questions we ask about all candidates:


1.)  Consistency and Commitment

a.     Does the person show up to every possible event, get on every call, active on the team chats or the Team Fusion                 Elite Facebook Page?

b.     Does the person attend every Kyäni Corporate Conferences, International Leadership Academies, and                                     Homecoming Events?

c.     Does the attend every Regional and or Leadership events in their home area?

c.      Has the person proved that they are committed? (thru the up's and down's of the business)…Are they “TIME                          TESTED?


2.)  Production

3.)  Integrity

a.     Does the person build their business ethically?

b.     Does the person make decisions that will benefit the entire team, not just themselves?

When taking in consideration that the word Integrity can also mean COMPLETENESS…

c.      Does the person show that they are “complete” in their words, thoughts and actions… in other words, does the person do what they say they will do?  Can you count on that person to do what they say?

d.     Does this person foster unity and peace within the team or do they instigate division within the team?

             INNER CIRCLE CANDIDATE (TRYOUT) CONFERENCE CALL

A NEW INNER CIRCLE IS CHOSEN AT THE END OF EVERY QUARTER.  ANYONE CAN QUALIFY, AND A PERSON CAN RE-QUALIFY QUARTER AFTER QUARTER.  The next time Inner Circle will be selected is in April 2018.  It will be based on these three criteria that distributors display during the 1st Quarter of 2018. (Jan – Mar).  
​A 5 DAY BLITZ ACCOUNTABILITY CALL WILL BE HELD AT THE END OF EVERY MONTH DURING THE QUARTER FOR ANY AND ALL DISTRIBUTORS THAT WISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE 1st QUARTER I.C.   HOWEVER DECISIONS ON WHO QUALIFY WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO JUST THE ACTIVITY DURING THOSE 5 DAYS BUT RATHER DURING THE ENTIRE 1st QUARTER.

HOW THE CALL WILL BE RUN:

  • The Dial in number for the Inner Circle Candidate Conference Call is

    • CAN: 403-768-2228 Pin Code:  (No Pin Code)  
  • The nightly accountability call will begin at 12am EST / 11pm CST EVERY NIGHT during the assigned days. Please be on time!
  • No need to do a roll call during the call.  We can see who is on the call.  
  • Please make sure you are in a quiet location.
  • You will be provided an online spreadsheet to report your daily numbers during the assigned week.
  • Here are the numbers you will report:  
  1. Your Daily Openline Volume (log into Kyani.net and look at your total group volume at the start of each day.  Right before the I.C. Candidate Call, return to your report to see the new group volume at the end of the day.  Subtract the start-of-day volume from the end-of-day volume and that is Your Daily Volume.  Also, do not report volume under anyone in your downline that is at the same or higher rank as you, if they are participating on this call as well.)  
  2.  # of Step 1 activities* (# of personal links sent, # of Personal invites to download the app, or # of people you personally have given samples to.)  
  3.  # of RP3's* (This is specific to those who are using Facebook to build the business.  What you are reporting is the 3 way messaging aspect of the RP3.  Report each new 3 way chat that you are a part of for the day.)
  4.  # of Step 2 activities* (any LIVE event that you participated in or had personal guests attend.  Examples could be PBRs, Live Cyber Events, Conference Calls, 3 ways calls, etc.)
  5. # of Step 3 activities*  (and LARGE events that you participated in or had personal guests attend.  Examples are the DFY Launch events, DFY Regional events, Blitz Meetings, PD Sessions, etc.)
  6. # of Launches you were personally involved in.
  7. # of group tickets to the next local DFY Regional Event (Please provide your running total-to-date.)
  8. # of group tickets to the next Corporate Conference (your own ticket count is your total numbers that you submit.) (Please provide your running total-to-date.)
  9. # of personal customers to date for the entire month.  (Running Total for the month)
